2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
. I have a strong level of experience in LifeInvader, I want to become a leader of Lifeinvader because I believe I have leadership qualities. Recently, I was in head of the department of ads, joined the creative and journalism department at LI. Also I have immense experience in both Ads and HR departments.
. I am planning to improve all the departments. As a leader, I have several thoughts regarding new projects and new plans to involve everyone and make them happier and work in a peaceful environment.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
. First thing i'm gonna do to recruit experienced and skillful membres. As city get bigger and bigger we all the higher ups will start giving trainings and taking exams to hire the best of the best for the organization so there will be no compromisation with the quality of delivered work by the team.
. Everyone will get fair chance and bonus to motivate them to make the organisation better that last second.
