Account Ownership – Nitro Role Play
1.1 The account you create is considered your personal property and must not be shared, traded, or sold to others. | PERMANENT BAN
1.2 Players are solely accountable for their own accounts. Nitro RP’s staff does not take responsibility for any compromised accounts. If your account is accessed by others (e.g. hacked), all related punishments will still be enforced.
1.3 Scamming or defrauding other players in any form is strictly forbidden. | PERMANENT BAN – No reimbursements will be made.
1.4 Owning or using more than one alternate account (Twink) is not allowed. | PERMANENT BAN for all additional accounts; Main account may face a ban of up to 60 days.
1.5 One individual is allowed only one business across all accounts. | 30-DAY BAN for each violating account
1.6 Selling or purchasing in-game items/property for real-world currency is forbidden. (Exception – Nitro Coins) | PERMANENT BAN
1.7 You may only transfer or receive up to $5,000,000 per day (including gifts like neon shoes). Transfers above this limit are not permitted. Family balance transfers are allowed. | 60-DAY BAN
1.8 No form of interaction between your main and alternate account is allowed. | PERMANENT BAN for both accounts
1.9 Circumventing in-game tax systems (e.g. undervaluing trades to pass cash later) is not allowed. | 60-DAY BAN

2.1 Player names must be realistic and not mimic celebrities or fictional characters. | 10-MIN JAIL + Name change required
Communication Rules
3.1 Out-of-character insults are strictly not tolerated. | MUTE 180 mins or BAN up to 7 days
3.2 Avoid mentioning anyone’s parents in any form of chat, including voice. | MUTE 180 mins or BAN up to 7 days
3.3 English is mandatory in IC chat. Other languages are only allowed in private chats where all parties consent. | MUTE 120 mins
Hacking and Unauthorized Software
4.1 The use of any third-party tools that provide unfair gameplay advantages (e.g. bots, cheats, no-drug effect) is banned. | 60-DAY BAN
Admin Interaction Rules
5.1 Reports should only be used for game-related problems. Off-topic questions must not be raised here. | MUTE 20–60 mins
5.2 Communicate respectfully with the Nitro RP team. Disputes should be submitted as complaints to higher authorities.
5.3 Insults towards admins are prohibited. Complaints are the correct way to handle disagreements. | 7-DAY BAN
Roleplay Conduct
6.1 Misusing commands like /me /do /try /todo is disallowed. Use only realistic actions. /try is limited to 2 uses per scenario.
6.2 Exiting RP situations by disconnecting, AFKing, refusing actions, or teleporting is prohibited. | WARN
6.3 Stealing from organizational warehouses for personal gain is banned. | PERMANENT BAN
6.4 Playing corrupt state roles without approved RP backstory is not allowed. | WARN
6.5 Criminal actions against EMS workers are prohibited. | WARN
6.6 Healing or looting during a gunfight is not allowed. | 60-MIN JAIL
6.7 You cannot return to a fight for 15 minutes after death. | WARN
6.8 Performing inappropriate acts on unconscious characters is prohibited. | 3–7 DAY BAN
6.9 Any sexual RP is not permitted. Victims may leave the scene. | 3–7 DAY BAN
6.10 Transferring in-game situations to real-world chats like Discord is prohibited. | 1–7 DAY BAN (in both platforms)
6.11 Twinks must align with main account roles (State or Gang only). Cross-role is disallowed. | WARN for both
6.12 EMS staff must be treated respectfully while on duty. | Up to 7-DAY BAN
6.13 Mercy killing (ending unconscious players to skip RP) is disallowed. | 120-MIN DEMORGAN or WARN
6.14 Robbery limits: only weapons, armor, balaclavas, drugs, and ammo can be looted. Money robbery must use gang system only. | 1–7 DAY BAN
6.15 Outside Ghetto zones, RP initiation is required before any attack. | WARN
6.16 Robbing vehicles requires at least 2 cars and 4 players. Ignoring this is Power Gaming. | 120-MIN JAIL or WARN
6.17 OBS or any overlay-blocking software cannot be used to hide recordings. | 30-DAY BAN
6.18 Accessing rooftops using helicopters unrealistically is not allowed. | 120-MIN JAIL

6.20 Muting to skip RP responsibilities is prohibited. | WARN
6.21 Exploiting armored vehicles to avoid damage is not allowed. | WARN
6.22 Selling, withdrawing, or using family assets without leader’s consent is forbidden. (Falls under scam rule 1.3)

6.24 Robbing/kidnapping new job workers like taxi drivers or electricians is not allowed.
6.25 Fort Zancudo is a safe zone – no kidnapping/robbing allowed. | WARN

Roleplay Definitions
- Roleplay (RP): Taking on a realistic character role, such as a civilian, gangster, police officer, etc.
- IC (In Character): All actions and dialogue performed by your in-game character.
- OOC (Out of Character): Actions or speech that break character (e.g., talking in /b about real-world matters).
- Metagaming (MG): Using OOC info for IC advantage, like using Discord to help in-game.
- Powergaming (PG): Forcing RP actions on others, unrealistic actions, or acting invincible.
- Deathmatching (DM): Killing without proper RP reason.
- Non-RP: Behavior that breaks immersion or doesn’t reflect realistic RP.
- Revenge Killing (RK): Killing someone after respawning from death. Not allowed.
- Car Ramming: Deliberately hitting people or vehicles with a car.
- Provoking: Intentionally annoying players for a reaction.
- Unrealistic Behavior (UB): Any action that breaks the realism or harms RP experience.
