2.1: First of all i would like this position because i have always wanted to become a leader of an organisation in the city. And i have chosen FIB for this. I have always admired other Directors of FIB and what they do for our citizens in the city. And i want to become one of the legends to improve our city by dominating gangs and not letting them breathe and after that making them disband, leadiing to making the city safer and eliminating crime.
2.2: Secondly i would like to mention that i have been employed in FIB for so many successfull terms but i have a few problems with the old terms.
2.2.1: Favouritism. I would like to eliminate ALL favouritism in my term to make FIB more successfull. In some of the old terms i have faced Favouritism and seen the bad effects it has for FIB and other Legal Organisations. When favouritism happens everything falls apart in the organisation. Sometimes people become High Commands without even knowing how to arrest properly.
2.2.2: Better Training using the IA department. Sometimes the HRT department doesnt train agents well and this leads in getting HRT department and FIB in trouble. I want to fix this problem by making HRT and IA work together to train new recruits. HRT will train them and IA will check on their training to make sure everything's running smoothly and everyone is being trained correctly. If not i will give the COS, HOD and DHOD of IA full authority to issue departmental strikes with my full approval.
2.3: Dominating the city as LEO's. As i have mentioned earlier i want to dominate all gangs and making that happen will be hard. But i am going to handle it by making the highest in command or Spec Ops. take lead on all department. With FIB's advanced tactics we will dominate the black market, gangs and crime families. Other than that we will let other orgs take lead in less important events like Store and Gun Store robberies to avoid any favouritism done by my FIB.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Eliminate favouritism
- Dominate the city as LEO's
- Win every event and raid.
- Make things fair for other organisations aswell.
- Make fun internal events.
