Rules:
1. Must specify which state organization in the title ( ex. LSPD )

5. If your bio was denied you can apply again after 7 days unless you received approval from the Senior Curator of Forums.
6. If multiple rule breaks are found in the outcomes admin has the full rights to deny the bio.
7. If the bio is in incorrect format admin has the full rights to deny the bio.
