2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A) I started Role play 1 year ago as a Bloods turfer then i did some mistakes and learned from them and progressed up to the under deputy in the same term. After then when i joined SAHP i thought every thing i done as a Bloods was wrong and i realised the value of life's and then decided to give full support to FIB LSPD & NG as a SAHP LEADER so we can protect the citizens.
B) As an SAHP high commands i saw many flaws in SAHP so ill be filling those gaps by becoming an SAHP leader. Ill improve SAHP in all the terms and make it a number one State org and ill make sure that all the members of SAHP are not treated badly as in the terms of past leaders of the city i was in so that they can be proud to be an SAHP officer .
C) As i saw that it is hard to recruit members in SAHP because every one thinks that it is not such a important organization among others so ill prove them wrong by showing them the activity they can do as an SAHP and recruit the people those have a same mindset as me. Those who want to improve the position of SAHP among others and those who want to protect city with the terrorist and internal conflicts and support the other orgs so we can protect over Precious citizens.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
(1) Ill make sure every one from SAHP gets a good training before getting in action.
(2) Ill make sure no Unprofessional Activities will be done in my term.
(3) Ill make sure all the units does not brake the rules and if they then ill make sure the Internal Affairs gets in action.
#Punishment system:
Strike 1 - warning
Strike 2 - Demotion
Strike 3 - Honorary Discharge from the ORG
(4) Ill make sure that every one gets the bonus as per there activity
#Bonus System
1. Store robbery and gun store robberies: 30k
2. Remaining scripted events: 20k each
3. Submarine: 20k
4. Unscripted events like hostage situations: 10k
I will recruit experienced and dedicated leaders to every departments like S.W.A.T, H.W.P, I.A, HR - I will hire the best possible soldiers to these departments who knows rules and know how to lead.

1-S.W.A.T ( Special Weapons And Tactics) : S.W.A.T is a major department in S.A.H.P their major work is to reach GLOBAL situation and they have to handle the situation of the GLOBAL. Also they have to do cannabis confection and Ghetto Patrol (Spec Ops) .
2-H.W.P (Highway Patrol) : Without this department SAHP can not run properly Highway Patrol is the Major department in SAHP their work is very simple they have to protect the Highway and issue the fine to Illegal Parked Vehicles and so on .
3- I.A (Internal Affairs) : Again the most important department in SAHP their major work to do the internal works like Logs checkup, license checkup, trunk checkup.
4-H.R (Human Resources) : The most valuable department in SAHP their major work is to hire the people in the organization.
